Frequently asked questions
I received the eligibility certificate years ago but never claimed. Is it too late?
Not always. Policies have their own time limits for claims; some older periods may still be open. Send us the certificate and we will check.
Why was my claim returned?
Common reasons are mismatches between GST returns and the claim, missing CA or bank certificates, ineligible sales or breaks in production. Most can be corrected and refiled.
What happens if I sell the unit during the incentive period?
Transfer usually needs the department's approval and may require the buyer to continue the conditions. Without it, incentives can be stopped or recovered. Talk to us before signing the deal.
