Maharashtra MIISP 2025 subsidy

It replaces the Package Scheme of Incentives 2019 for new investment and runs for five years. Incentives depend on the taluka group of your unit and your fixed capital investment. Frequently asked questions

Is PSI 2019 still available?

MIISP 2025 replaced PSI 2019 for new investment from its notification on 31 December 2025. Units that already hold a PSI 2019 eligibility certificate continue to file their claims under it, and we handle those too.

My unit is in Mumbai or Pune. Can I still claim anything?

Group A areas have the lowest ceiling (30% of investment over 5 years) and some exemptions are restricted, but SGST-linked IPS, interest subsidy and a 50% stamp duty waiver are still worth checking.

Do I get the SGST back on interstate sales?

IPS is linked to SGST on eligible first sales billed and delivered within Maharashtra. Interstate sales attract IGST and are not part of the SGST base.

Can a service business claim under MIISP 2025?

The policy has a separate services component with employment-linked incentives. Eligibility depends on the activity and jobs created; tell us about your business and we will check.
