Summary
DG TAXUD announced that NCTS Phase 6 is now live across the 27 Member States and Common Transit Convention countries. Traders can file the transit declaration together with ICS2 entry summary declaration data, with each country choosing an opt-in or opt-out model, and only complete ENS data can be combined with a transit declaration.
What it means for you
Indian exporters and forwarders shipping into or through the EU should check each country's opt-in or opt-out choice and supply complete ENS data to avoid delays.
